Jennifer began managing real estate construction projects during her time working as a project manager for a family-owned business. At the request of her investors, she facilitated the end-to-end construction of accessory dwelling units on several single-family properties. She even converted a single-family residence into a triplex for a personal investment.

 

Inspired by her professional experience and driven by her passion for helping others, Jennifer obtained her real estate license in 2022. With the help of her husband, a top fortune 10 finance manager, and her powerhouse network of like-minded investors, Jennifer delivers affordable and creative housing solutions which serve an immediate need in a low inventory real estate market.

A resident of Riverside since 2014, Jennifer serves Riverside and the surrounding cities of Corona, Norco, Moreno Valley, and Lake Elsinore.
